Flexibility

Because of our experience and collaborations with companies that supply personnel in the Netherlands, we know that projects regularly take shorter or longer than expected. As a result, we know better than anyone that it is not nice for companies to be stuck with long-term rental contracts, which is why our strength is flexibility.

What makes us flexible?
  • In most cases we work with a notice period of one week or one month.

  • If we have a suitable home for you, we can quickly prepare it for you.

  • Do you have a switch? you can use our cleaning team for this. We will then plan the cleaning as soon as possible.

  • Do you only need to house one staff member? We also do room rental.

What is meant by Vast-PS Cleaning & inspection service?

To guarantee the quality of our accommodations, we include in most cases our cleaning & inspection service in the rent.

  • Our team specializes in cleaning houses for flex workers

  • We provide standard cleaning of the public areas

  • Our service can also be extended to cleaning the bedrooms, changing bed linen & towel service

  • Our cleaning ladies check the condition of the house, if something is broken, they report this to our office. As a result, an inconvenience can be detected quickly, which means immediate action can be taken, so that your staff are affected as little as possible and you as a customer are informed of any damage

  • If there are problems with separating waste or the heating is set much higher in the house than stated in the house rules, this will already be noted during the cleaning / checks. This allows the problem to be tackled immediately so that we are not forced to invoice costs afterwards. There are waste calendars in English in all our accommodations and we have a controllable thermostat in most houses.

  • If there are defects, we always try to resolve this as soon as possible. Our support team will always be ready to fix things.
