After gaining experience in renting and managing accommodation, it turned out to be difficult to find a good party in cleaning. We have established VAST-PS Cleaning to offer specialized cleaning to our customers.
At the time, this service was used internally under Vast PS for specialized cleaning and has become Vast-PS Cleaning since 2018, so that these services are also available to customers who want to use our cleaning services for their own accommodations.
What makes our cleaning team so special?
Cleaning houses for flex workers is different in its operation than regular cleaning. Our staff is specifically trained for this and therefore has an eye for detail.
After each cleaning, we can, if desired, provide a report showing the condition of the house before and after cleaning, including any information about defects or inconveniences. Think of photos of the house.
The public areas and empty bedrooms are cleaned by our team as standard. We think it is important that when our cleaning lady has left the house it looks fresh and tidy. This always happens with respect for the stuff that is in the house. In addition to empty bedrooms, it is possible on request to include occupied bedrooms in the cleaning. We also offer extra services, such as the provision of clean towels and change of bed linen.
The eye for detail is mainly in the service part (if desired). If you manage housing for staff, you may have encountered certain cases. Think of: not separating waste properly, smoke detector shielded or defective, thermostat at high temperatures while windows are open. These situations can result in high costs that no one is waiting for. Because our cleaning ladies regularly visit the house, these points are identified and communicated to the office. The customer is then informed about this and can then take any measures. The same applies to defects in the home that can hinder your staff or worrisome situations that affect safety.
